What are the best aspects of this product?
When we start using Calendly, all our scheduling processes have become much easier. As a company that needs to support clients most of the time, the software is a big help to make things a lot faster. It eliminates all the hard work of trying to connect with customers from different time zones and needing to send update emails on the taken time slots. This tool is perfect for us.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don’t like that I still need to copy and paste details from our meeting manually. Although there’s a GMT integration available, I wish Calendly can be integrated with BlueJeans to give us more convenience.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With Calendly, our customer can see the pre-approved schedules, and from there, they can choose a slot that fits their schedules. This capability helps make scheduling a lot faster.
