What are the best aspects of this product?
It gave my clients a chance to set a schedule that works for them according to my free time. This makes for mutual scheduling. My clients find the UI impressive and its ease of use. Most people whom I've had scheduled meetings with are now using this tool for their own business.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be cool to have additional functionality in the mix like payment collection for scheduling appointments as well as further customization.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Setting a schedule with clients for interaction. It has made everything simpler and straightforward for my clients when setting a schedule with me. This helped me continue do things I want helping them out.
