What are the best aspects of this product?
Talking about virtual calling system, I bet none can beat CallHippo. Using it for more than six months now, I am amazed by its powerful functionality and efficiency. It makes call transferring and forwarding, an easy task. I can also extend calls to my team members and track their customer service. It's useful call analytics provide real-time data and allow me to take informed decisions.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The IVRS software feature in not available yet. So they can work on it and make it available asap
