What are the best aspects of this product?
Thanks to CallHippo, I have levelled up my business and upgraded its communication structure. Working with international clients is lot more convenient. I can track my conversations and keep real-time recordings, which avoids any kind of confusion. Its call analytics tells me about my performance and I think of ways to optimize communication. The best thing about the software is its ease of use. Besides these, it’s extremely flexible and highly customizable.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Can add more features like IVRS, call cascading, concurrent calls etc.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Callhippo lacks some of the features like IVRS, Call Extensions, IOS App, etc. but the main thing is that they are more focused on usablility rather than features. So somehow its helping me.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
CallHippo provided us the virtual number for 4 countries and now i can easily customer service and communication easy to manage.
