What are the best aspects of this product?
Pros : CallHippo has helped me to upgrade the communication network of my business. Today, without using a conventional telecommunication service, I can easily queue, transfer, and forward calls to the relevant team member and track calls, at every second. It’s highly flexible, extremely user-friendly and affordable. I can also integrate the software with other applications and enjoy continuous flow of work. It is easily accessible from my Smartphone and laptop and allows me to talk on-the-go.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The CRM Integration feature in not available yet. So they can work on it and make it available asap.
