What are the best aspects of this product?
We had to push in making certain requests from Litmos. That means involving the mixers. We were able to talk about to them about the ideas that we had in mind. They're account management was fantastic.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The web page for registration could use a lot of improvement. It's hard to figure out if the confirmation really did go through. Reserving spots (for class schedules) was a bit clunky. Although we were able to e-mail and did get a follow-up from our AM.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're trying to resolve our needs in external and internal training. We wanted to make it convenient by having everything done in one platform. This involves the partner network and customer network. So there's a lot of things happneing with Litmos.
