What are the best aspects of this product?
CallRail notifies us whenever the call comes into the tracking numbers. I’m able to keep track/listen the recording, to mark the call as lead, to take to my dashboard and add notes, in this way I’m able to look at customer journey. The other good thing is that it is fully integrated with Google AdWords and it is very clear when searching the keywords to a call generated to sales team.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would like to divide the call analytics into even smaller parts, but they are working to include this option.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us to track all the calls that come in from e-commerce website against the keywords and paid campaigns that we run on Google AdWords. It allows us to see which quotes we are generating via which phone call, the connection to the specific campaign and keyword or a phrase that is searched on a google. The tool is easy to set up and what’s most important it is affordable product, the customer service tool is also great.
