What are the best aspects of this product?

The conversion software is user-friendly and the customer service is helpful and always responsive. They helped us to transfer the ownership of an account in short time, they even helped us to navigate around the system efficiently. It offers weekly reports that are set up and send directly to my email.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing I can dislike about this product. But, they could add some online training for newbies.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have better insight into many calls that we receive. It helps us to better track all these calls and to attribute them to certain channels. We can see the number of calls that are coming to the website and we use these calls for training our receptionist.
