What are the best aspects of this product?

We can easily breakdown between the source of the call from Facebook, email marketing and paid search. We are able to keep track of the keywords for paid search generated call. We can listen the recordings and we are able to integrate it with our reporting platform and to make reports on a monthly basis.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The call service is amazing for small business clients but it would be great if they could provide even more detailed funnel information and that would be helpful for large clients.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to find out which campaigns run the best and which keywords are in the top performers in the calls. By analyzing and listening the recording of the call we can provide feedback to our client on how their own operators and potential clients are interacting and to find our which areas need improvements.
