What are the best aspects of this product?

The product is simple and easy to set it up, it is well organized and very customizable. It offers voicemail, call forward options and integration with CRMs. There is even a mobile app. The price is affordable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing I can think of.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It allows us to track multiple numbers and to know when lead comes from and which marketing is working the best and which isn’t. It helps us to control our business and to change our marketing strategies. Because the tool is well-organized and it captures everything about caller leads we are able to be more focused on marketing so we can drive as many leads as possible without losing them.
