What are the best aspects of this product?
There are lot of things that I like about CallRail starting from call recording (including the option to listen the recorded call from your app), email or app notification of all inbound calls, ability to track the call quality and to track called identification details. In addition, I’m extremely satisfied from its customer service team, they are amazing, and they walked me through the set up and through the whole process.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Maybe they could make the service free but I’m afraid the quality will be as same as postal service. But I’m really happy with the small service tag I get on a monthly basis.

CallRail helps us to track the source of every inbound call, to track marketing dollars and programs. It lets us know what is really working and what needs improvements. With this tool you are able to track the return On Investment and this is our huge benefit from this product.
