What are the best aspects of this product?
CallRail provides me with accurate data to my clients when it comes to phone-calls that the adverts on the websites are generating. We are able to present true value of our services by using the data. We have improved the customer retention numbers effectively. There is even emails with call-data and with recorded calls.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They could make some reports and menus more intuitive. Also some of the important features are buried several levels deep.

We had lot of troubles with attributing phone calls to the advertisements on our website, the clients used to call in with frustration but the tool helps us to generate calls on our sites. We managed to prove the service to our existing customers. We are saving lot of accounts by offering call tracking to our clients. Our clients are willing to continue the advertising.
