What are the best aspects of this product?

CallRail allows me to track multiple numbers. The tool is easy to set up and if you have any question or concern you can always rely on its customer service. You may try this product for free 14 days so you can see if it meets all your business needs. The online analytics you get is great for both online and offline marketing. With this product you may track which marketing strategy is doing the best and which one you need to avoid. There are lot of professional companies that use Call Rail and they are really satisfied from this product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If you use the app on your iPhone then you have to use your headphones in order to listen the message it won’t play through phone speakers. Also, I had some troubles when setting up few numbers and the support team has helped me to manage this problem.

It helps us to manage multiple phones, we are able to manage over 10 phone numbers with small monthly price. We can have the whole numbers into one location and to visualize all marketing campaigns from one place.
