What are the best aspects of this product?

In a fast-paced environment like ours, it is important to know which clients have the potential for high conversion. This way, we don't waste our call hours convincing someone who isn't likely to purchase our product. CMT helps us keep track of these individuals so we know who needs a little more push and who are dead-end leads.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It seems like CMT does not support mobile numbers from my country. I wish they would accommodate this so we don't have to keep on making expensive calls to landlines.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

CTM is such a huge upgrade from our previous desk lines. Because we're now supported by this cloud-based solution, we can easily switch to other devices without much hassle.
