What are the best aspects of this product?
This is a really promising tracking tool. I didn't have any problems while setting it up. They have an app available for download, in case you want to check in on your campaigns while you're out on the field. The CS is quite impressive too--they're all very polite and well-trained.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Personalization in campaigns is always a nice touch--I wish CTM supported this kind of feature.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
CTM lets me work from home, during a commute, or even on vacation--I love it!
