Not only has CallTrackingMetrics improved our work process, but its benefits have trickled down to our clients too. We're now managing their accounts and campaigns more accurately, and we have the reports generated from CTM to show for it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish CTM would allow us to move all of our clients' accounts into one central account. This way, we can have a centralized way of managing them better.

We use CTM to launch and track campaigns across various platforms for our clients. We've also been able to quantify the revenues that we have opened up for them, thus proving our value.
