What are the best aspects of this product?
We've tried a lot of call tracking solutions in the past, and CallTrackingMetrics is the one that has impressed us the most. It has tons of features in its toolbox--from call routing, monitoring, and reporting. We've been able to generate insights about our sales strategy from it, and eventually, drive sales based on these.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Everything works fine for me. The price isn't much of a factor because we can simply top-up if we need more features.

We use this heavily for keeping track of our agents' calls with clients.
