What are the best aspects of this product?
Its robust features is what got me to begin with. It's getting a lot better every single time. Support is excellent. Documentation has been tremendous. Other functionality such as direct-to-call lead form is the best.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish it's priced a lot less. While it tries to be competitive, other services have lesser cost per-minute. There's nothing much else to go on. Just hoping it would cost less. Even if it involves dealing with more than a dozen clients and 40+ numbers, it would still cost me around $150 or under monthly.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Call tracking services gives me the ability to reach out and showcase to clients the number of leads I'm able to rake in. I can also give them critical statistics. This was my biggest issue. I could've utilized other call tracking service. Thing is, I wanted offer clients quality marketing.
