What are the best aspects of this product?
This is probably the only tracking intelligence company that has agreed to merge our two existing numbers into one line--so it makes sense that we'd go for this option. But other than this, we also love the simplicity of CTM's dashboard. It also provides us with enough caller information so that we can converse better with our clients on the phone.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I'd say that the only issue I have with this product is the price--it's a little up there.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I'm glad that stumbled upon this solution. No company has allowed us to merge our two phone numbers, and I'm glad CTM allowed this.
