What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the best things about CTM is that it allows us to set routing rules. We've been able to segregate lead calls based on several factors, and this system has helped us match our agents with the right tier of potential customers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn't integrate well with some third-party solutions that we are currently eyeing to add to our work process.
