What are the best aspects of this product?

Easily integrates with in-house CRM & business productivity tools and is very feature rich and cost-effective.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wasn't able to find the company through organic channels. They were referred to me by another business. After I started working with them, I found the service to be exceptional. They must be more present online.
