What are the best aspects of this product?
It is easy to sign up and start using the system and reporting as they are very intuitive. After a short learning curve, we were able to create a campaign, deploy it effectively, and track its performance.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would like to see an improvement to make it easier to share reports with a client for whom we create a campaign using Campaign Monitor.

Campaign Monitor helps me provide effective email marketing services to my client and add value to them. The app is very robust, easy to use, and offers great value for the investment.
