Campaign Monitor has great set of features

What are the best aspects of this product?

I use Campaign Monitor since 2009 and from my experience I can say that this is ectremely flexible solution and email marketing platform. We can easily manage and customize clients email marketing from concept to completion. I personally like its automation and 3rd party integration options. The reporting is wonderful and accurate than other email marketing platform in the market.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have found out that some email templates are limited. When I want to customize template it requires some editing of HTML code to get the look I want.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I work with few web form apps, in the past capturing email addresses from different web forms was frustrating but now with Campaign Monitor we can easily integrate into their system and email addressses are automatically populated in subscriber list.
