Easy to use application

What are the best aspects of this product?

The main advantage is all the features are laid out in a sensible manner and I can easily access what I need. This makes it easy to use the app when I do specific tasks such as building new templates, creating a new campaign, or cloning an existing one.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only minus point is I cannot cancel a campaign in A/B testing by myself. While their customer support responds promptly and resolves this issue, I would rather have the power to do it myself.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Campaign Monitor to carry out email campaigns and send newsletters from one place. The testing results and reports tell us how effective are the campaigns we manage for our clients. We are also able to present the information to them in a simple manner.
