What are the best aspects of this product?

I rate Campaign Monitor as the most easy-to-use email marketing software in the market. It offers a clean user experience as well as excellent customer support. They dig down into your account and give you the solution to your problem instead of giving a vague boxed answer. Their A/B testing and tracking features are very helpful in learning the success of email campaigns. I can’t even imagine using any other system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have no reasons to complain. But I wish the calendar used for scheduling could be improved and I would add a confirmation page that ensures you don’t send an email too early. Otherwise, it’s a superb product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Campaign Monitor to manage scheduled email marketing campaigns to targeted clients, site visitors, and prospects. We are able to send a wide range of customized scheduled emails to specific markets of subscribers and lists. Plus, we like to use the A/B testing feature to test variables of the email campaigns. Campaign Monitor is indeed an awesome app.
