Excellent templates and customer support

What are the best aspects of this product?

The template language is excellent – I can quickly create custom templates that my clients find easy to use. They can enter the text, upload images, and send the campaign quickly and know that it will look great. The vendor offers top notch support – I have emailed them at all sorts of odd hours and they have always responded promptly. Their support agents are placed in a range of timezones and they are very knowledgeable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are no major drawbacks. However, there could be more development on the template language – there could be more flexibility in the RSS data repeaters and nested repeaters could be added. Though I use another product currently, I rate Campaign Monitor as the superior service.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use Campaign Monitor software to provide my clients a cost-effective application for effective email marketing campaigns. This boosts my reputation which is an added benefit. I also earn passive income when clients use Campaign Monitor through my white label version.
