I have great experience with Campaign Monitor

What are the best aspects of this product?

Campaign monitor is easy to use platform that requires little to less coding and it has simple learning curve. We are able to organize all our political clients from one place. The templates are easily customizable for every client and we can organize the content of our mail lists.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It locked me out of our account for 2 days and this was very inconvenient. I understand that it prevents unfair targeting of subscribers. Also, they could make better customer service available to all its users.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I’m using this tool to send out press releases and fundraising blasts for my clients, we can reach a broad audience of potential donors and supporters of our candidates. The open rate increases and it depends on subject line and email account.
