Ideal for basic email campaigns

What are the best aspects of this product?

The drag-and-drop template with mobile-friendly emails is great for simple campaigns. The vendor offers excellent customer support and my rep answered all my questions knowledgeably. My issues were resolved on the same day and I even received multiple emails from customer support each day.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are many issues I would like to point out: The app lacks image hosting apart from uploading HTML or uploading to templates. The drag-and-drop editor could be made more user-friendly. Our subscription price kept rising even though there was a reduction in the number of campaigns and the number of subscribers to them. Plus, we have to use our own HTML to place social icons where we like. Also had problems using Facebook for Business, is this because of a Facebook issue?

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Campaign Monitor for in-house campaigns and agency campaigns. Send time is quicker compared to Exacttarget and MailChimp. No issues with deliverability or email going to spam folders. Plus, the vendor keeps adding new features regularly.
