What are the best aspects of this product?

Campaign monuitor offers great and robust integration with Salesforce. It works great even when using it outside of SF apps. The UI is not fancy but it is intuitive and easy to use, you can send lot of emails with great reporting including functionality for automated workflow emails and transactional emails.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I prefer accessibility to basic functionality over flashy platform with high price.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

You can send huge amount of emails to customers and prospects efficiently.
