What are the best aspects of this product?

Our clients like the app’s easy usability and analytics/metrics. We use the solution to manage multiple client accounts and host robust yet easy-to-use templates. Clients are able to send their mailing from within the system and they can use analytics to identify which content, links, title etc. are interesting for their users. The automated unsubscribe feature ensures users who unsubscribe don’t get emails accidentally.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is only one drawback: It is a bit difficult to build and test the templates as you have to make changes locally and then reload the entire template package again before testing the results.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Campaign Monitor to offer a simple system to clients who do not have the resources to create their own HTML emails. We provide them templates that are up to the brand standards and we offer training and support for our templates and the product. We show our clients which content is effective through analytics so that they learn how to communicate with their audiences efficiently.
