I like that we can easily import contact lists and add email addresses. With this tool we can easily manage several campaigns and send test emails to our team member before launching the campaigns, so we can see what to add/remove/change.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’d like to change the look of the interface. And they have raised the price of the product.
