This is great tool for creating automated email campaigns

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that I can easily create professional looking emails that are fully responsive regardless of the users’ device. I personally like the journey builder because it is an enterpirse level marketing automation feature with SMB price tag, the price is affordable and there are lot of expensive products with less functionality than CM.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I cannot access the source code of the Campaign Monitor email builder, I’d like to have more control over the size of the text box and images. They could add Event management functionality and landing page creation.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me to automate my social and prospect campaigns, to set campaign steps up and to launch them when user fills out a form to enter the campaign. I can offer flexibility to my users so they can choose which way they would like to take based on opens and clicks.
