What are the best aspects of this product?

Campaign monitor is robust platform that allows you to send email campaigns. It has great drag-and-drop functionality. This tool offers everything you need for your campaigns. They have automation featurtes and transactional emails. This is great solution for agencies. It feels even more professional than Mailchimp.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my opinion the design looks strange to me, different font size and families of the titels, there is no navigation in the page. It feels like it is done by several designers that don’t work in team.
