What are the best aspects of this product?
I have used Twitter to get answers to a few basic questions and they have always responded promptly. Recently, I required urgent support for a campaign and their customer service agents delivered timely and helpful support to resolve my problems and gave me all the necessary details and more. The vendor provides excellent design and functionality along with fool-proof technology. I am looking forward to making use of the recent additions of transactional emails and workflows.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish they integrated with more enterprise systems as right now it is more of a silo.

We use Campaign Monitor for email marketing – the app allows us to boost our brand using the simple and clean templates.
