PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that CampDoc has a team of professionals who dedicate their effort to help customers. They are timely in providing answers and manifest good attention to detail. I just love this team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that the software is not compatible with older browsers such as Internet Explorer. This gives some of our clients a hard time accessing the platform, especially the less tech-savvy ones. It could have been better if CampDoc is also working even with outdated browsers to make everything for our clients paperless during the registration process.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With this platform, we can simplify health forms to access camp data. We even got much larger data with its help since clients can now type and send their messages about their special needs rather than writing on a tiny box on a paper form.
