A game-changer in the summer camps

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are so many pros of using this product! The platform itself is great. I love how customizable it is. We typically offer and manage 50+ different camps and the ability to easily customize the product to meet each camp's requirements is simply incredible. I also love the range of available features - there are excellent reporting tools, great CampInTouch, and very helpful "parents portal". Above all, the people behind this product are amazing and ensure that their clients recieve only the best. They are knowledgeable (quickly answers our queries and fix platform issues ), caring and committed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The platform is the only camp management software that offers an ability to generate income from each program. It's an amazing thing but the process is really difficult to handle. It's pretty intricate and detailed. But it is still one of the things that makes this tool different (and somehow better) from the rest of similar solutions. I also love the transparency of the team when it comes to financials as well as with other important things.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us manage camps from start to finish. By the way, I wanted to show you some screenshots of using this tool but unfortunately, I cannot upload them.
