What are the best aspects of this product?

Everything needed for preparing and organizing Summer Camps are made available in one platform. All forms, application, and other requirements and information about the camp participants and the camp itself are stored and accessible in one location. The ability to access and perform camp related tasks from one solution has generally made our life easier. Campminder's customer service is also commendable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Not everything is intuitive. It took us a while to know how to include questions on the staff applications and learn how the scheduler feature works. Also, the knowledge base, specifically how-to videos is quite limited. I hope to find more of it. It's been helpful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have a huge database and CM was able to handle everything. All information about everyone involved in our camps is now in one place. It's more organized and helps us work efficiently.
