What are the best aspects of this product?

Capsule is simple and easy to use, it allows us to create contacts, relationships and companies and to track all our contacts and their current work place. We can add notes, reminders and track items so we can stay in touch with our partners, customers and leads. It integrates well with HelDesk Software and email marketing automation.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They need to improve the search engine, it has some issues and bugs because when I want to add country the software thinks that I want to remove some categories.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Through Capsule we can stay in touch with our leads and customers, we can track group interactions between marketing, sales, support team and operations team. We can schedule tasks to track support interactions, sales efforts and contact leads.
