What are the best aspects of this product?
Capsule helps me to add custom fields and I am able to measure against those fields. I can easily manage my employee progress. I can even move items through the pipeline effortlessly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would like to see better reporting interface. To get a report I need to export data to a spreadsheet and to create my own. I don’t like this process at all.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Capsule helps me to manage my membership detail and data of collaborative workspace. I have a full picture of customer changes.
