What are the best aspects of this product?
It’s easy to implement and the Capsule’s interface is very flexible. You can implement in different department with different customer management processes, you can set up this software easily.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would like more detailed guide. To run this software you need some experience of CRM, but the Capsule is not very difficult.
