What are the best aspects of this product?

Capsule has great set of features and powerful integration with Google App. Features I like most are contact management, tracking features like (making calls, mails, arranging meetings), selling and creating workflow and even the reporting feature that has great ROI, income and seeling options. In addition, there are great integrations with social networks, mails and services.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have dislikes about this system, everything works great.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Capsule we are able to keep track of commercial contacts through email and phone and to create personal meetings. The calendar feature is great for organizing and keeping track of all contacts, dates and discussed objects.
