I found the image backup feature to be unreliable since you will be expected to pay extra and the image will not be stored within the system. They rely on an external drive and thus the extra cost. However, for the same function, it is contained in the Windows backup which is free. Despite this drawback or dislike, I found the product to be worth my money and time. It is reliable and offers seamless support when it comes to data back up. I can actually see the difference now as the tool is not only effective but also simple to use in the long run.
