What are the best aspects of this product?

There's barely any lag-time when I back-up my files using Carbonite. I love how I can pre-select folders/files to save in its system too. I think that this is a great and affordable solution for my needs.

I think that this is the best among its competitors.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This lets us operate with ease and not have to constantly worry about losing files. In case of a failure in the system, we can simply open our files in another PC.
