What are the best aspects of this product?

Carbonite is one of those unsung heroes that run quietly in the background. It's barely noticeable, but it gives me a sense of ease in knowing that my data is secure and properly backed up. And not only is the program great, but it's run by a competent group of individuals too. I highly recommend this for everyone!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There aren't many negative things to raise here. However, we have had to uninstall and reinstall the program to make room for the updates. However, this is just a minor inconvenience.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have thousands of files in our system, and I used to live in constant worry that these might accidentally be erased. However, Carbonite has eased this worry because it automatically backs up our data.
