Really useful for us. No more accidentally deleted files.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool does not disappoint. I've had to restore some of our company files a couple of times already, and it really works the way it is advertised. It's very easy to set up as well. All I have to do is to send a link to a user so that they can be part of the workgroup on Carbonite. Whenever a saved data file has been altered, it simply updates the file too. I don't have to go back to square 1 and back-up said file.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Carbonite gives the user the option to back-up or not back-up a file or folder. Say I choose the latter and tell the system that there is no need to perform a back-up, it sometimes does not heed this command. If I make the slightest change to the files inside the folder, Carbonite almost instantly backs it up.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've had a couple of employees accidentally delete some of our files in the system. Good thing we have Carbonite to restore those files without much of a problem.
