What are the best aspects of this product?

First of all, I think it's great that Carbonite offers a trial version. This way, we can test out the features and its environment without fully committing to a membership. So far, we're really impressed with its functions. It's user-friendly and reliable too. Not one file has been overlooked and every single data is accounted for and properly backed up.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's a very smooth program and we haven't come across any issues with this yet. It's a complete 10/10.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this backing tool in the company, and all of our employees love this! Because it's easy to use, implementing this across all silos had not been a problem. It can be used on just about any device too.
