PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I particularly liked the client portal, Dropbox, batch billing and automatic PDF form filler. Also, the time tracking which is backed by AI is very interesting. In addition, the native integration with office 365 was a huge time saver. Now our staff do not need to download the forms and then upload them again, they can just edit the Office 365 files right in the browser and it will sync back to our database.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like to see a complete help section with lots of Ebooks and case studies.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

An app for iOS, and iPad

The most important problem that Case.one solved for our firm was to eliminate a lot of unnecessary expenses. The pricing model is very fair and I have referred my colleague to them as well.
In addition, the automatic government form filling from intake forms was a huge time saver. It freed my staff to work on more important projects.
