What are the best aspects of this product?
I got a lot of value out this platform, most importantly with $ 0.99 per case per month model, it saved us a lot of money right off the bat. We transferred 120 active cases from our legacy program, and it saved us valuable time, and money. Also, a lot of thought is put into this platform especially the "Reference Sheet" section which holds the client's data in one place is amazingly useful, and not only made my staff more productive, but it is linked to every other feature of platform, like intake forms, documents, billing, and time tracking. This feature alone freed my staff from repetitive work and allowed me to assign them to new cases. This platform has native integration with Microsoft Office which I didn't see in any other case management solution.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would like to see a note section for quick note taking.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Although the website is responsible, and I can work with it on my tablet and phone, I would suggest developing dedicated iPhone, and iPad apps too.

We have been using rocket matter, and Clio over three years but the pricing model was not expensive compared to the features they offered. Now we have all of those features plus a lot more but paying a very reasonable price.
Why did you decide to change it?
They were slow to implement the changes, and we experienced a lot of bugs after each update. The pricing model compared to their features were not reasonable.
