What are the best aspects of this product?
I like the fact that Casengo makes it easy to communicate with your customers through email or chat. You can also communicate with your team member in privacy without the customer's knowledge. It is also user friendly and quite easy to configure. It is easy to customize the colors, buttons, chat windows and any other feature according to your company brand and logo. More so, in case a problem arises their support team is friendly and offer a quick solution. The mobile app also makes it easy for use whereever you are.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The servers seems to have issues because sometimes the system goes down and the application goes offline for 10 minutes or less, but it needs fixing.
