CauseVox Review

PROS: We were looking for a reliable program that can handle multiple peers to peers donation programs. There are several in the market, but none of them could impress me, so I had to switch from one platform to another frequently. Doing this cost us a lot of money and so many learning experiences at the same time. When CauseVox came into our lives, I could say that we could come up with a more defined and stable process on how to seek help from our potential donors. Since our organization supports a list of ongoing projects, we need to find a way to ensure that the donors would continue to support our endeavors for the majority's best interests. One of the reasons we have decided to stick with CauseVox for real is that their back-end team never fails to support us through good and challenging times. They allow users to explore the platform and listen to suggestions intently. Not all platforms can exceed what they do, so CauseVox is worth the wait.

CONS: CauseVox is a very reliable donation-based platform, and it does play a significant role in our organization. However, it's known not to be perfect, so there are some flaws that I would like to point out to help improve the overall user experience. First is the UI, which looks old or outdated, and they need to assign someone to revise the templates. The second issue would be the reports. Yes, the data are all accurate and on time, but I would prefer to customize it for the benefit of the staff and the donors. Since it's not customized, we have to extract it manually and rearrange it on a separate excel sheet, which is too time-consuming.

PROS: Creating a fundraising page can be done in just a few easy steps. It's a hassle-free process of soliciting funds via the internet or snail mail.

CONS: Sharing in social media is quite limited yet. But Ii works well on Facebook and Instagram.

PROS: One of the reasons why I will always choose CauseVox is because of its familiarity and user-friendly features. Besides, I’m never worried about getting in trouble because I can readily keep in touch with customer support.

CONS: I don’t recommend our sponsors to use the “monthly gift” donation option because we won’t be able to collect them once our campaign has come to an end. However, there is a special process to retrieve it, but it's very inconvenient for the donor.

PROS: I want to thank all the staff behind CauseVox for always willing to lend us a helping hand. They always do their best to help answer our questions. They always find a way to accommodate our suggestions and feedback, which matters a lot to us.

CONS: It needs a little more flexibility on their end. We always create pages to raise funds, and it would be great if we can find a way to personalize the design by adding our official logo and other essential information. These are just some of the things that we could incorporate to increase our number of sponsors.

PROS: Launching a web page for crowdfunding has never been this easy and convenient. The amount of support provided by the staff is more than what I expect.

CONS: Limited integrations with 3rd party paying app. Needs improvement in this aspect.

PROS: There are so many things that I like about CauseVox. One of the things that caught my attention is the UI. It is designed in a way that makes it easy to figure out by anyone who wants to launch a peer-to-peer crowdfunding campaign. You can monitor the number of funds coming in real-time and thank each of the donors by sending them a quick appreciation note.

CONS: There are minor integration issues with other payment platforms. But what matters is that CauseVox is on top of fixing these issues.

PROS: Using CauseVox means a lot to our organization. We were able to share our advocacy with more people, which resulted in close to a hundred thousand dollars worth of cash donations collected in just a matter of time.

CONS: The online donation receipts that we are sending are not that effective at all. Our staff needed to explain many things to our donors because it's hard for them to understand the items indicated on the receipt.

PROS: I never had any problems with using the platform. The integration process is so smooth, and the support team has always been pretty awesome.

CONS: So far, donations are only limited to the country. There is no way for international transactions to go through.

PROS: CauseVox is so easy to use and understand. I always use it to create pages for different fundraising projects that our organization handles. Also, it’s easy for us to track down the names of those who donated to send our thanks personally.

CONS: We have experienced several setbacks in using Causevox like system downtimes whenever they update the platform. Also, it can be very challenging to add photos because there are times that I could not save it, so I have to repeat the process several times.

PROS: One of the reasons we decided to work with CauseVox is to give you the opportunity to develop and your web page to gather more sponsors for a special cause. The product comes with a few exciting features that you can use to convince more people to donate. My personal favorite is the ability to add videos and testimonials, which would surely touch the hearts of your donors.

CONS: No complaints on my end. However, I noticed that the page design looks the same as always. If more templates and layouts are available, we can make our crowdfunding sites more presentable.

PROS: It's so easy to raise funds using CauseVox. My donors mentioned that it's a hassle-free app where they can transfer money in just a few clicks.

CONS: It takes a few days to transfer the money from the CauseVox app to our corporate account. Sometimes it's three to five banking days.

PROS: With the help of CauseVox, it is easier for us to organize crowdfunding activities that could help a lot of organizations to reach their goals. Every crowdfunding project gets to have its exclusive page that is shareable to the public. It also makes it easier to track the collected amount and oversee the progress of the campaign.

CONS: The results that you’ll be getting from CauseVox is awe-inspiring. But the platform charges some fees that are relatively high for my liking.

PROS: Seeking help from donors is easy to accomplish. The app keeps us updated in real-time whenever someone sent our group a donation.

CONS: CauseVox takes a specific cut on the donations, and I find the amount to be quite significant.

PROS: It helps us come up with custom-fit donation pages that would be uploaded and shared with potential donors. The process is straightforward to execute, which makes our fundraising projects successful.

CONS: It requires us to integrate it with other platforms such as Stripe to receive money faster. We are hoping that we could skip this process and use our organization's account instead.
